Tonight we had another of the Free lectures about Raw Food, Juicing and the Importance of Cleansing in downtown Vancouver, BC. There was a good crowd of people along with Clive Langton from BCRAW. I started the lecture with the question about “What Should We Eat?” and as ususal by the time I finished most of the people there were realizing we need to add more RAW to our diet along with the wonderful living juices from an assortment of raw vegetables.

We had another great Free lecture in Calgary with many of the people coming again on Saturday for the Get Healthy Day Workshop. I continued my talk on the Importance of Cleansing and discussed doing a Full Day Juice fast for not only the benefits of Cleansing but also to give your digestive system a full day of rest since many people eat continually and never fast. I suggest alternating our Max juices every hour of the day along with a Carrot/Celery/Cucumber/Kale juice three times during the day for its good healing qualities. As well as my favourite Fruit juice which is made of Gala Apples/whole Lemons/Ginger for its great cleansing abilities.

I had a fabulous turnout for the Raw Food Road Trip free lecture on Wednesday, where I spoke about the value of raw food, juicing, and the importance of cleansing. During the lecture, I served my version of the Master Cleanse: apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in cup a of hot water, not only is this a good cleanse but also helps the circulation.
As it turns out many of the people at the free lecture also came to the all-day Get Healthy workshop the next day. This full-day workshop goes into more detail about the Hallelujah Diet and how to incorporate it as your lifestyle.
Day One

I am preparing to be on the road again for the second part of the Raw Food Road Trip. This time I will be continuing my discussion about raw food and juicing and adding information about the importance of cleansing. Join me every couple of days this month as I travel across Canada on my way to Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta and then on to Coquitlam, Nanaimo, Vancouver and Victoria in BC.
I will be sharing with you what happens in the classes or workshops I will be doing at these locations and giving you some hints as to how I stay on the Hallelujah Diet as I am travelling across this beautiful country!
Today I am packing and getting everything ready for my flight to Edmonton, AB. Besides the clothes I will need for a three week journey I am packing some of the foods I will use to eat healthy while I am on the road. Hallelujah Acres has a great supply of Living Foods, such as all the Max Juices; BarleyMax, CarrotJuiceMax, BeetMax, and TrioMax Capsules which will start my day and each meal. I will use the Survival bars for my breakfast mid-morning and the Snack Bars for my mid-afternoon snack. Once I get to Edmonton I will go to the fresh produce sections of the grocery store and buy an assortment of fruits, such as, apples, oranges, bananas and berries to add to my breakfast menu and fresh raw veggies, such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, to make into finger foods for lunch while I travel. I can still stop in at Starbucks or Tim Hortons to get a herbal tea and a bottle of distilled water to keep hydrated. Usually in the evening I can find a restaurant that will serve a raw salad every night and maybe even a baked potato or vegetable pasta once or twice a week.
