Bridal Waterfalls

Today I am driving through the mountains the rest of the way to Vancouver BC and taking a day of rest to get ready for the second half of my Raw Food Road Trip where I will be doing the Free lecture in Coquitlam, then on the Island in Nanaimo and finally back in Vancouver on Friday. I have started each day with my Max juices (The original BarleyMax, then the Berry, then the Mint with the last one being a Combo of the Carrot and Beet) three or four times before lunch and then I have had a great big Green Smoothie for lunch. Today’s smoothie was with Bananas, fresh Pineapple, spinach, ginger and ice-cubes along with some Raw Coconut milk I was able to get at a great place in Abbotsford BC. What a nice combination of taste! Did a little sightseeing along the way and rested up as well. I took a great hike up a mountain and saw wonderful waterfalls that just took my breath away! What a beautiful country we have!
Travelling to Calgary
Sep 9th
Today I am travelling from Edmonton to Calgary through flat prairie farmland with many bales in the fields, and off in the distance west I can see the mountains. I’m looking forward to another Raw Food Road Trip free lecture tonight and a Get Healthy full-day workshop tomorrow in Calgary. Talk to you again in a couple of days.

I had a fabulous turnout for the Raw Food Road Trip free lecture on Wednesday, where I spoke about the value of raw food, juicing, and the importance of cleansing. During the lecture, I served my version of the Master Cleanse: apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in cup a of hot water, not only is this a good cleanse but also helps the circulation.
As it turns out many of the people at the free lecture also came to the all-day Get Healthy workshop the next day. This full-day workshop goes into more detail about the Hallelujah Diet and how to incorporate it as your lifestyle.
Day One
Sep 5th
I am preparing to be on the road again for the second part of the Raw Food Road Trip. This time I will be continuing my discussion about raw food and juicing and adding information about the importance of cleansing. Join me every couple of days this month as I travel across Canada on my way to Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta and then on to Coquitlam, Nanaimo, Vancouver and Victoria in BC.
I will be sharing with you what happens in the classes or workshops I will be doing at these locations and giving you some hints as to how I stay on the Hallelujah Diet as I am travelling across this beautiful country!
Today I am packing and getting everything ready for my flight to Edmonton, AB. Besides the clothes I will need for a three week journey I am packing some of the foods I will use to eat healthy while I am on the road. Hallelujah Acres has a great supply of Living Foods, such as all the Max Juices; BarleyMax, CarrotJuiceMax, BeetMax, and TrioMax Capsules which will start my day and each meal. I will use the Survival bars for my breakfast mid-morning and the Snack Bars for my mid-afternoon snack. Once I get to Edmonton I will go to the fresh produce sections of the grocery store and buy an assortment of fruits, such as, apples, oranges, bananas and berries to add to my breakfast menu and fresh raw veggies, such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, to make into finger foods for lunch while I travel. I can still stop in at Starbucks or Tim Hortons to get a herbal tea and a bottle of distilled water to keep hydrated. Usually in the evening I can find a restaurant that will serve a raw salad every night and maybe even a baked potato or vegetable pasta once or twice a week. Talk with you again in a couple of days, hope you are having a great Labour Day weekend!!
